STOCKHOLM 2010
The first property exhibition in 2010 held in Stockholm shows motivation from the customers’ point of view. We were pleased to meet with certain couples who visited our stands in 2009. On our side, we have had 50% more leads compared to last year at the same show. Budgets have slightly increased due to the financial climate; it gives our fellow Scandinavian customers a better exchange rate combined with lower interest repayments. The 2009 Property Exhibitions were held in Northern Europe, especially Sweden Denmark and Finland; we also marketed the French market through an exhibition in Paris.
